Our Fees
All prices include GST. Please note that mediation only proceeds after intake sessions are completed and one of our practitioners has assessed it as suitable and both participants are willing to participate.
Individual Intake Sessions & Assessment Fees
Each participant completes a separate intake. Intake fees are additional to mediation fees unless expressly included in a written package quote.
Parenting mediation Intake Session
$190
Allow 60–90 minutes by phone or Zoom.
Section 60I Cert Intake Assessment
$190
Allow 60–90 minutes by phone or Zoom.
Property & Financial Intake Session
$230
Allow 60–90 minutes by phone or Zoom.
For parenting matters, a Section 60I certificate is included where the applicable requirements are met. Booking or paying for an intake does not guarantee that a certificate will be issued.
Mediation Fees

Parenting mediation

Up to three hours via Zoom. Includes routine session preparation, facilitation and a written summary of any agreements reached.
Additional Parenting mediation fees
$180
Additional mediation fees are available only during mediation — fees are per person, per hour and payable on the day.
Property & Financial mediation
$650
Up to three hours via Zoom. Includes routine session preparation, facilitation and a written summary of agreed proposals for consideration with your independent legal advisers.
Additional Property mediation fees
$200
Additional mediation fees are available only during mediation — fees are per person, per hour and payable on the day.

Full-day mediation packages
Our full-day packages offer a lower total fee than booking two separate three-hour sessions, allowing more time to work through your issues.
